Why it's built this way
PromptPacker only touches a page the instant you click Grab, use the shortcut, or use the right-click menu — it never runs in the background reading pages you haven't asked it to. It requests activeTab rather than broad host permissions, so it only ever sees the one tab you're actively acting on.
